Dirk Markham
(SCO) live electronic, notebook, gitarre, loopstation, multitrack, megaphon

Dirk Markham grew up in Aboyne , a village in "Royal" Deeside in the north east of Scotland. Dirk has been making experimental recordings and teaching himself every intrument he can get his hands on since his years studying mental philosophy at Edinburgh in the late 90s. His music is mainly instrumental although occaisonally the odd folk-rock song pops up out of nowhere. Dirk has been residing in Berlin for the last two years where he works for the labels monika enterprise and international dj gigolos. Life for Dirk is a musical journey on which he is constantly searching for new sounds.  www.theforest.org.uk/dirk & http://www.myspace.com/dirkmarkham

Marzipan Marzipan
(D/IT) live electronics, vocals

Marzipan Marzipan is the musical solo project by the italian multiartist Zelda Panda. Her rather minimalistic musical approach
could remind on electroclash acts like Peaches but shows also similarities to early The Cure or Velvet Underground. A pleasant, fresh and unpretentious acquaintance, inspired by Berlin's chilly sensuos and cool lyrical do-it-yourself songwriter style but with Marzipan Marzipan's very own personal and quite senusual twist - throwing herself headlong out in deep waters only equipped with a out-of-tune guitar, toy keyboard and an amateur musician's irresistable drive. There is definately potential in her sensual voice, naive rhythm box and guitarbased melodies that deserves a wider audience.

Albert Bertolín
(ES/D) visuals

Albert Bertolín, illustrator, visual artist and musician from Barcelona, lives currently in Berlin. Next to numerous exhibitions he publishes his drawings regularly in the the well-known Design-Magazine Rojo, which also issued his first catalogue named „Kulturtoilette“ - an apocalyptical picture story. Albert Bertolín's illustrations and paintings are settled somewhere between zombies and art. A reaccuring topic in his works are subversive and childish hooligan-stories. A smilarly sarcastic athmosphere is imparted by his funny and grim 8-bit visuals, that created a furor at the last transmediale. http://www.glaznost.com/nofun
